I am reading the ride is broken down a lot and am really hoping it is up for our trip next week or my daughter will be hugely disappointed. It was a last minute trip so I have not been able to get all the FP I have wanted ...but my question is earlier this week I saw FEA was available to select for FP but there were none available (makes sense this late in the game) but now I don't even see it as sold out ... It's just is not there at all?! What does that mean? Also does the Anna and Elsa meet and greet have a FP? Thanks!

the meet and greet dose not have a FP but the line moves quickly thanks to a little disney magic.

Awesome - thank you! So at least we will be able to do that. I really hope we don't have to stand in line for 4 hours for FEA but we'll do what we have to I guess - only planning one Epcot day - July 4th - tell me I am crazy??!:0)

The meet and greet is not a FastPass attraction, but waits have been reported to be reasonable.

FEA has been breaking down a lot. I don't know if what you're seeing indicates that it's just out of FPs or if they're temporarily shutting down the ride for a few days or week to really fix it- someone else might have more information on that.

At any rate, I wouldn't be too optimistic about seeing FEA next week without FastPasses. I wouldn't promise that to my child. It might work out, it might not. There have been multi-hour standby lines at some points and it's been down for repairs a lot.

Your best bets are to either arrive early for rope drop (such as no later than 8am for a 9am park opening), then briskly go straight to the Frozen ride after they open the park, or try to get a pre-park opening reservation for breakfast at Akershus (any reservation between 8 and 8:25), and arrive at the gates by 7:15 for it. They'll let character breakfast people in around 7:45, and if you're near the front of the character breakfast line, you'll likely be seated at Akershus around 8am, then can eat quickly and be out the door by 8:40am, to get in line for Frozen, which is close by. It will help to ask your server for the check right when you sit down, so you don't waste precious minutes waiting for that at the end of your meal. Also, you might not have time to meet all the princesses in Akershus this way.

There are some Frozen offerings in Hollywood Studios that won't have crazy lines, such as the Frozen singalong and photos with Olaf, so FEA is not the only Frozen offering at WDW.

Thank you for the great tips! We are staying at HS late for the SW dessert party the night before so an early ADR may not be possible for us. I definitely won't be promising her anything! I really, really hope they are not taking it down completely, but I guess we shall see. I find it weird it is not showing up at all though!

I did the meet and greet last Saturday with a 10 minute wait now this was before the ride opened but I have heard it is now about 30 minutes

I just checked July 4 on both my phone app and a desktop and see FEA listed on both as "no more FPP times for this experience". It shows that down on the bottom, listed after all the Tier 2's. So appears they still have it but not surprising it's not available a week out on one of the busiest days of the year.

Ah I figured it out - because I was trying to change a teir 2 fast pass it was not showing me any teir 1, I just tried to change my teir 1 and it was there - thanks! I will definitely have to check out the EasyWDW post!::MinnieMo

Alrighty then ... we would need pixie dust up the ying yang it seems to ride this attraction July 4th:0( DD will disappointed but there is not way we are RUNNING or waiting for hours for one ride! We'll have to be happy with out Soarin' FP!8-)

Today the ride was hardly down at all and multiple times I've seen 60 minute or so waits standby. We were there around 2pm and it showed a 90 minute wait (at the peak of the afternoon) and FP took about 5 minutes (Wednesday it took more than 30) so hopefully when the ride actually functions the waits may be more reasonable.
