Good work to everyone-we are all hangin' in there. BUT....
UGGGH. I am stuck for the past two weeks! Didn't gain and didn't lose. TOM was here this past week, but I also added some different foods, and in the past two weeks I have added weights to my exercise routine. Maybe I should go back to all cardio all the time until I actually drop all the weight, then add in the weight routine. Oh well, at least my clothes are fitting better. Guess I should buy a tape measure and take the measurements too. At any rate, I am going all out to lose that last *&^% pound for next Thursday. I want that 10lb clippie!
