I was looking at the calendar on Disneyland.com, and although it shows many events that will be taking place on the days of my Disneyland trip, it doesn't list ANY Remember Dreams Come True Fireworks for August at all!:guilty: Does someone know if this is a glitch or will the fireworks be added to the schedule later on..........I really don't want my first trip to Disneyland to not have any fireworks, so if anyone can shed some light on this I'd appreciate it.........

On other news I managed to secure a Priority Reservation for the Blue Bayou, but I've heard that the time that I got it for (12:30) might not be the best time......I'll try to contact Disney tomorrow to change it, but if anyone has any input on this I'd appreciate it!

There have been a few threads on this. I am absolutely sure that there will be fireworks and that DL just hasn't updated their website. DL has a tendency to be slow in updating the website.

I'm not sure why you would want to change your BB ressie. 12:30 is a great time because it gets you out of the heat and into a cool enviornment.

We REALLY enjoyed our 11:30 am lunch reservation - we made sure to check in early (they didn't start that day until 11:15) anyhow, we were seated water-side middle. PERFECT view. I think 12:30 may not be bad - the 11:30 people may be finishing (though we took our time). If you keep that time I think you should check-in earlier and if you want water-side request it.

Yeah I was curious too about the fireworks, but I can't understand why they wouldn't have any. It's probably just a typo.

DL does not update their calendar months and months in advance like WDW does. I know it is frustrating so I wrote to ask about it and this was the response I got:

"Please note that, generally, park hours and refurbishment schedules are determined 2-3 months in advance and entertainment schedules are determined 1 month in advance. "

This is a glitch. I wrote them and they stated that there aare fireworks every night, weather permitting.

I called and asked about this as well, as we are going in August--the castmember said it was an error made by the person who updates the website and would be fixed. Fireworks as usual in August at DL!:wizard:

Early August there will be fireworks nightly, starting mid-august (or when the local schools resume, sometimes as l;ate as the day after labor day) fireworks run Fri. & Sat. only, this is done in accordance with local laws so Disney has no control over this, also come winter they are allowed to do the fireworks nightly after the time change because they can do them earlier in the evening, but they generally only will run them nightly in December and first two weeks of January then.

That actually is a GREAT time. We had one at 12:40 on July 4th and the people from the 11:30 reservations are just leaving and you have a much higher chance of getting a water-side table, if you want. We checked in at 12:25 and only waited 5-10 minutes and sat water-side.

We got very lucky then, as we will be there Aug. 13 thru Aug. 15, and the fireworks will be going every night. Phew!
