No fast passes for Princess Fairytale Hall?

Hi,
It was our 60 day mark today and I did my fast passes at 7am EST (12:00 here in the U.K.) like a good DIS planner.

I got everything for the first 14 days (8 Park Days) including Frozen Ever After but I couldn't get Princess Fairytale Hall (either Cinderella or Rapunzel) - they seemed to be unavailable no matter the day or time, even on the latter days (which I assume not many people would be booking yet).

Is this just insanely popular or is there a problem / glitch with that attraction?

Also, I wasn't able to book fast passes for days 15-17 of our stay (includes Xmas Day and the day after) - will I now be able to book an extra day each day (if that makes sense)?

I can't get any either, as my Dec FP just opened today, too.

Haven't been able to get any for our trip first week in December. I asked around here and the thought was because eleanor of avalor was on her way in. Keep checking

You'll have to call IT and ask if they can unlock your booking window to extend it to your length of stay.

You are the 2nd person to report the 14-day closure associated with an onsite stay although the other poster stated it was the number of FP days. Your report is confirmation it's the # of days the window is open.

If you are unable to call IT, email them with reservation information and request assistance. Good luck!

Thanks very much. Funnily enough, two more days opened up today (including Xmas Day) without me doing anything so just one more to go now.

I was just looking for a different fastpass time for my end of November trip. Cinderella and Rapunzel have been unavailable since the beginning of our window, but when I went in this morning, they both have availability! Hopefully you can get in and get one like I did!
