No Fantasmic on two days in December??

Fantasmic seems to be offered every night in December except for two Wednesdays (the 2nd and the 9th) amd of course our trip schedule needed it on the 9th. Any ideas why its not available for two random evenings?

Is the park closing early? I know we've had a few trips where the park closed early on a few nights because it was rented out for a special event.

Could be. My notes say closing is 6pm. Seems I always inadvertantly pic the wrong day to attend something. Our MK day seems likely to be parade taping day.

On the 9th HS closes at 6 for a private event, maybe something to do with Pop Warner week?

I think I remember reading that one night is a CM appreciation night and the other is a private event.

I was looking at the schedule on easywdw but I need the 9th regardless.

Meh. Such is life. I have a work around. On the plus side it means the park may be less crowded on the 9th due to early closing and no F! So we have that Going for us. Silver lining!

I'm actually worried about the 2nd- can anyone suggest which site is valid as I booked a Fantasmic dinner for the 2nd and WDW site says open until 8 but easy says 6pm closure- which will change my plans as I was hoping to see the lights and Fantasmic that day, will they email those with reservations? Any suggestions or insights would be appreciated- thank you!
