Just read on another board that F! will go dark between January 14 and March 6.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but thought it will help in trip planning for those going early this year.

That is the ONLY thing that my son wanted to see (and have the F! dessert thing). He will want to cancel for sure now. He is 13 and getting to be too cool for Disneyland. Argh...

I am sure that if I called Disney and explained to them, they would be glad to rearrange their schedule...

BLAST and Holy spit!!! Since 2000 I have never caught Fantazmic at DL!!! I was so longing to see it this year, dang it!!

The last time the rivers of America were under construction, now that's finished and it is the Year of a Million Wishs you'd think I could get this wish.....

And why isn't it on the DL.com Calender?? I have been checking that thing faithfully for our dates are Jan. 25 - 31

Ok!! I have hunted on all my site with refurbishment lists and I can't find a Closure for Fanazmic? Can I ask where you saw this???

Whew...this scared me for a minute...this was down last year when we were there. Thank goodness it's on the schedule for 3/7! I'm sorry some of you will miss it.

Darnit. Thank goodness I was greedy and got a 7 day park hopper pass - I am going March 4 - 10, so please let them show it on the weekend!!!!!!!!!

I have missed it the last 2 times to DLR! I don't want to miss it again ....

Yeah, Albort, but you probably still don't have confirmation that DEP is continually running in weekends over the next several months either.

I'm afraid this is another case where the on-line fan sites have better information than CM's do. Sorry.

I'll be happy to eat my words if I'm wrong, but I figure this came from guest relations and F! is not on the DL calendar during this time period, so it's more than likely true.

When you check the calendar schedule on DL.com it looks to be true. When you check for Fantasmic after March it shows up again on Friday March 7th. I am so bummed to be missing it when we are there in Feb. I wanted my kids to see it so badly.

Haunted Mansion – closed January 7 to 24 to remove the Haunted Mansion Holiday overlay.
Mark Twain Riverboat – closed January 14 to 17 for refurbishment
Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor – closed January 14 to 18 for refurbishment
"it's a small world" – closes January 22 for a nine-month refurbishment, and should re-open in late October 2008.
Jungle Cruise – closed January 28 to March 7 for refurbishment.
Disney's California Adventure
Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue closed through February 14, 2008
Playhouse Disney – Live on Stage! – closed February 12 to March 13 for refurbishment.
Corn Dog Castle – closed February 26 to 29.
Four of the Midway Games on Paradise Pier are open but the rest are closed, with the new Toy Story Mania attraction still under construction and expected to open next summer.

I saw somewhere that Fantasmic at Disney World Hollywood Studios would be done end of January for a week or so. Maybe that's what you saw??

What is the deal with Small World being closed for so long? We are going in April and my daughter will be so disappointed. I can't break that to her right now.
