Yes, but you must purchase them over the phone.

According to the resident ticket expert here, too many people were confused about the no-expire option and purchased them needlessly. The phone-only option is designed to keep that from happening, since the phone CMs explain the difference.

No expire tickets are also available from authorized re-sellers like Undercover Tourist and others.

If you look at the ticket page under section 2 (select number of days) you'll see this:

"To purchase tickets that never expire, call (407) 939-7679."
