No Expiration tickets

I bought 10day ne wphp tickets. They oversold. All they had left today were less than 10 days and shorter days with the water parks option. I purchased 3+weeks ago. They did not contact me until close to the expected arrival dates of the tickets. I doubt I'll be buying tickets from there in the future. We're lucky we didn't need those tickets anytime soon. I can imagine someone missing their FP+ booking dates and being really upset.

I'd be pretty upset regardless. What broker did you use, may I ask?

I'm so sorry this happened to you and can certainly understand the frustration. I ordered ours on 2/23 and finally got them on Tuesday. So glad we got in on it in time. Immediately linked them to MDE and thankfully all is good!

That is surprising since they took down all those tickets and ran inventory before putting them back up for sale.

Exactly! I had one order that went through before they took the tickets offline. My second one was after they brought it back. Both were not honored!
