No excursions at all.

My Dh scuba dives and I don't, so often when we are are cruising he books the scuba excursion which is about 4-5 hours long. I normally hang around the ship till he gets back.

Its amazing how quiet the ship is - also the Spa often puts up 'in port' offers /discounts on the desk. Its always worth a look in the morning when people have gotten off!

When Dh gets back we always get off and have a wander around the port.

Top tip, thanks! That is a luxury I do not normally do when at home, we were going to do a few spa things.

Maybe you can just roll with the flow. If you decide the day before that you do want to try one, head to Guest Services to see what is open.

We did this once and it was perfect for us....sometimes just taking one day at a time is best.

Still feel that way?

Well, I haven't been to Ensenada in about 12 years, but I assume it's pretty much the same.

Last year we didn't get off in Cozumel, and I didn't miss it.

(Don't go flaming me as anti-Mexico. There just wasn't anything there that interested us, and we needed a day to just chill after running pretty hard the first few days of the cruise.)
