No Email Back From DU...Any Ideas

Hi everyone,
I got a quote from a DU agent a few months ago for a cruise. Didn't know the Alaska deposits were so high, so we waited and advised the agent of our decision. I wanted to have a room quote so I sent that same agent an email 2 weeks ago asking if they could put some numbers together, but got no response. I did it again, but still no response. I had this problem with DU a few years ago, but it was resolved. I'd rather book with DU than WDW or online...at least someone will make some $ from our ressie commission and it helps support DU, but what the heck...anyone have any ideas?

I'm sorry you are having difficulty reaching an agent.

Please understand that we have agents who have left the employ of Dreams Unlimited Travel. We've also had agents retire.

I dont know that this is the case with the specific agent that you have been trying to reach, but it's a possibility.

I would ask that you visit the Dreams Unlimited Travel website and submit a request for pricing. The website is located here:

If you submit a request for a price quote, this allows us to create a reservation number specific to your request and allows us to track your request and reservation should you decide to book your cruise and/or vacation.

You can request to work with a specific agent if you wish (providing they are still with Dreams Unlimited Travel).
