When should we start seeing this? Since the Frozen girls are currently the longest waiting line in Disney it would be helpful if MDE starting giving us wait times so we could start getting an idea on how to fit them in our plans.
Don't count on it anytime soon. Not until they figure how to work in a fastpass line.
Now that they have begun greeting at 9 instead of 11, if you hot foot it there at park opening you might not be waiting so long. (Don't run, the CMs don't like it)
I was there the week before Xmas and I don't recall seeing one. Without a formal queue with a posted wait time and the red cards to update it there is no formal tracking so no MDE.
I'm not sure how lines does it but they used to do historical tracking and user submitted wait times.
The way it's set up now, if they start with fastpasses then nobody without fastpasses would get to meet them. That would be the place to be a fly on the wall. Or just grab a drink and sit outside Kringla and watch.

Show up before park opening and you'll wait 30-45 minutes, otherwise it could be 1.5 to 4 hour wait. There's no way to estimate the line because it changes quickly. Also, when they estimate at Fairytale Hall and Tink's Nook, they are always wrong. There's no way to know how long a guest will actually take with a character and how do you account for one tour group joining the line? Will they each want separate photos or just a group shot.
