No Dreams! VIP area in February or March

Just had a call from the DLP Resturant Reservation line to advise me that there will be no Dreams! VIP viewing area in February or March.

I had booked a Dreams! VIP meal for Walts for the Saturday afternoon during the Welsh Festival to ensure we had a good view of Dreams! and the fireworks.

Just no VIP area - Dreams is on every night without fail until end of October- I'm hearing that it's due to lack of interest.

I phoned disney yesterday and was told that they received a memo that there will be no VIP package this year!! Gutted coz I was hoping to book it 4 our trip in August. Used it last September and it was great considering we had a 1yo

DW was looking forward to using the VIP area as she is not too large crowds and all the possible pushing and shoving you get some times.

Shame they ceased the VIP area, where was it located again?

right in front of the Dreams control building. As you come out of the Fort Comstock entrance to Frontierland, ahead of you, on the pavement there facing the Castle.

yes, I think so . We watched it from just in front of there, we stood at the popcorn stand awning and watched it.

When you made your reservation did you specify you wanted to book a Dreams! VIP meal package for the resturant you requested? Or did you just book a table at a specific resturant?

My reservation was for Feb 9th, maybe they have not got to the March reservations yet.

Wonder if this is related to the new glowing ears with reserved viewing area?

Pity though was hoping to do Walt's plus Dreams but guess now will just do a normal meal at Walt's...

Ya def from dreams meals, she went through all the info with me re: getting wrist band ect. She even gave me a booking ref no. Too.

It's definitely no longer running, don't think they're bringing it back at all as they have other plans for exclusive viewing area for dreams involving light up ears!
