No documents and leaving in 2 weeks

I booked a package and haven't received my documents yet. Has anyone else had trouble with this? Reservations tells me that they haven't been sent yet. I am starting to get concerned. I am also going on a disney cruise after my HRH stay and received the cruise documents 4 weeks ago.

Universal mailed out my documents two weeks prior to arrival date. I got them about 9-10 days before we left. This is pretty standard, most travel companies send them out 14 days prior.

Cruises usually send them documents out earlier (once they get paid for)
