No docs for 3/2 cruise - what to do?

I literally just booked the 3/2/03 cruise yesterday, so I have no documents. Disney tells me to just go to the pier and take care of them there. (I'll be the one holding up the line, I guess!)

What do I do about tags on my luggage? Will the porters have some tags?

We were on the 1/18 sailing of the Magic and when the porters were taking our bags at the port, people next to us had two bags without tags and the porters had plenty of extra tags so that shouldn't be a problem for you. And with booking your cruise so late they don't have time to have documents sent to you, so if they told you to just take care of them at the port I wouldn't worry about it. Your names will be on the manifest so it shouldn't be a problem. We had a problem with our Carnival cruise, had been told what approximate date our documents would arrive and three weeks later we still didn't have them. I called Carnival and they did mail a second set. We finally got the first set on New Year's Eve day!! I guess the mailing of all the Christmas cards in the country put other mail on the back burner! But we were told that it wouldn't be a problem if we didn't receive them before we left, since our names were on the manifest we'd just fill the docs out at the port. Have a great cruise!!

First off - don't worry. We did the same thing last year - booked the 3 day cruise just 3 days before departure, so getting docs was not possible. We did as DCL said, just went to the port, the security guard checked our name against a roster and away to the terminal we went. The porters tagged our luggage and the check in people gave us the forms we needed to fill out. All together I don't think it took 10 - 15 min. Don't worry about holding up the line - they give you the forms to fill and then when you are done they check them for you. Piece of cake!!!
