No DME paperwork

I didn’t receive my Magical Express info this morning. Is it too late to talk to them tonight after the Halloween party to try to get on DME tomorrow? My flight leaves at 4:30 pm.

I feel like my DME request disappeared off my reservation and am nervous about it.

If I were you, Id go to the D ME desk at orlando airport and explain that though you requested DME you never got your paperwork. They will scan your magic band, see that you have a reservation and are entitled, and I dont see why they wouldnt put you on a bus. For return trip, talk to your front desk once you get to the hotel. If you are talking about the return trip to the airport, defintely talk to your front desk tomorrow and see what they can do.

The problem is that they are returning to MCO, not arriving there. They need a ride back to the airport.

Right! That's why I edited my reply to state they should just talk to the front desk as early as posslble.

I called from my room around 11pm for a pickup at about 3am the following morning last feb. All was well.

I did not get mine in March. I stopped by the front desk the night before and they got me the information for the next day.

If you don't get your Magical Express paper with bus time back to the airport as expected (morning of the day before the day you will leave on DME) then immediately (er, when you have perhaps showered and are prepared for the day) go down to the front desk and get it squared away before heading for the parks.

While it is not out of the question getting it squared away closer to the time you need DME, like the evening before, it is possible that the some buses are already filled and you might get a bus time 4 hours in advance of your domestic flight instead of the usual 3.
