Well I have just phoned up Eurostar and Disney and been told I cannot book up either. Im really dissapointed :sad2:

It's because i booked my whole trip with Eurostar direct on their website!

Eurostar have said I need to book the Disney Express through Disney as they don't offer this and Disney have said even though im staying at the Cheyenne I didn't book it through them so I can't add either package on.

Im gutted, I was getting all excited after hearing the hold music because we dreeeaaaaaammmmmmmed it

It never even occured to me I wouldn't be able to do this, I thought that because i was staying at a Disney hotel onsite i would be able to get HB, and well as for Disney Express I can't see why I can't use it!

Does this all sound right? Is there any hope for me or is this just to teach me a lesson for saving money by going with Eurostar instead of Disney!

Really gutted now :guilty:

I'm sure their are other people who have added these even though they have booked through Eurostar! I don't understand why they won't let you add them!

I've booked rail travel separately from the Cheyenne, and even that was booked through my travel agent so I don't see the difference?! If you are staying and travelling their they get their money either way so

It seems that Disney are cut out of the equation completely by booking it all with Eurostar. Other Travelagents still book it with them, Eurostar don't do it this way from what i can gather and don;t have it as an option when speaking to them.

A real shame as I can live without the HB vouchers as i saved a lot by doing it this way anyway.

But the Disney Express I can't understand, this money would go direct to them and it would make our journey a lot nicer.

I suppose we'll have to go to the hotel first then and lose park time :sad2:

unless anyone has any suggestions or help?

It does seem very unfair!

On a more positive note at least by going to your hotel first you can get the best of the breakfast times.

I have chosen not to add it for this coming trip, quite a few people have said by the time they queued to hand their cases in a the disney express desk they could have jumped on a bus and been back at the hotel quicker.

How about storing your luggage in the left luggage at Eurostar and then pick them up on the way back to the hotel, i think left luggage shuts at 9 or 10pm and costs like 9 euros for a large locker.

I did forget about the lockers Vanessa Huggens so cheers for that. Has anyone used these before and will they fit in a big suitcase in?

They would have to be pretty safe to as the engagement ring would be inside to! :rolleyes1

But now getting good breakfast times sounds appealing as well, i'd quite like to do the good morning fantasyland breakfast one day

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

I have used them and stored 1 large suitcase and 2 smaller ones in no problem. Very handy i found. I like taking my own luggage to the hotel.

Glenn remind me, what kind of APs do you and your girlfriend have? If they're dream, you can store your bags for free at the left luggage next to Guest Services at the entrance to the park. No need to lose park time, and you can pick up your bags after the parks close (the left luggage office is usually open until 45 minutes after official park closure time, and they'll have a sign up at the office advertising that).

Anyone can store luggage there, but if you have a Dream AP, its free :).

damn i only have a Fantasy, i wonder how much that would be as leaving it with guest relations would be much better for me really

Unless its changed since last October, they charge per bag, and its 2.50 euros for a bag or holdall, and 4.50 euros for a suitcase.

In the train station, you are charged per locker - around 9.50 euros for the largest one, but you might find you can fit all your bags in that one locker.

When me and my boyfriend went we used a medium size locker as we shared a large suitcase which cost 7 euros. So this would fit 2 small suitcases or a large locker cost 9 euros.

However I had my laptop in the locker which your not meant to have but as the guys in secuirty didnt speak english they ust let me through with it. The engagement ring would be really safe there so that would be fine. ;)

Glenn that totally sucks buddy.

I have heard of people adding disney express through Eurostar directly though. I personally don't think it's worth it to be honest with you.

I'd say the best bet was a locker at the train station, I'd feel much safer with a code dlrp in a locker than in Guest Storage :goodvibes
