Hi!
I'm not sure if this was the correct forum in which to ask this, but here goes: I was at the Disney store today trying to buy Disney Dollars to give as prizes in an Easter Egg hunt for some children that are going to WDW next week, and I was told that there were no Disney dollars available at the stores because they were changing them to honor the 50th Disneyland Anniversary.
HAs anyone else encountered this? Seems odd that the stores would have no Disney Dollars available during the busy Spring Break/Easter season. Why didn't they do this in January when things are slow?
It seems like very poor planning to me. The manager of the store said that he has been turning folks away for weeks.
