I called today and checked for Entertainment, Fan Club and Lowes First and no discounts are out yet for 2004. He said for sure by the end of the month; I'll be calling daily!

I just got off the phone with someone who told me that the promotional rates won't be out until the end of October/beginning of November. It's like calling Disney - everyone tells you something different!
