I have booked a package for 2 nights at the Grand Californian with 3 day park hoppers for August. I booked on the 714 956 6425 number, and was told that I didn't need to pay a deposit, just give a credit card for guarantee, then pay when we arrive at the hotel.
This is the first time that this has ever happened when booking a hotel, I've always had to pay one night's rate as a deposit, so was a bit concerned, but rang back and they said be reassured that it is fine.
Is this standard procedure for Disneyland Resorts? Just need to put my mind at rest.
