We are pretty sure that Eli is sensitive to Dairy. I have stopped eating it for 2 days and he is much less fussy and gassy.

However, I am having a hard time coming up with things to eat/snack on that are not dairy. Breakfast is especially hard since I usually just eat cereal. I need quick and easy things. Any suggestions?

Whole wheat toast with peanut butter is one of my favorite breakfasts. Oatmeal made with water (helps with milk production, too). Can you eat eggs? Can you drink soy milk?

Pre-cut up fruit, waffles, there have to be some protein bars without dairy, toast with Fleishman's no salt margarine, there is a keebler's chocolate chip cookie with coconut that is dairy free.

I did the dairy-free diet for two years while I was nursing, but I'm drawing a blank, but you can make lots of muffins, breads, cookies by substituting butter with the Fleishman's (the green box). My dairy allergic son drinks rice-milk, which we use instead of milk in recipes.

Baker's chocolate chunks and some dark chocolates have no dairy, too.
