No credit card guarantee??

I called this morning to book Spirit of Aloha during our stay. I was told that there was a glitch in the system from the upgrade yesterday that won't allow them to not charge the credit card of those people who are on the dining plan. They said I could wait until the glitch is fixed or pay in full and get a refund later. That stinks! In the meantime while I wait for the problem to get fixed, those who aren't on the dining plan can make reservations!! I guess I am glad that SoA isn't extremely popular, huh?

Well you COULD make your reservation too and prepay for it just like those who aren't on the DDP are doing. It's really your choice to not do that while they are having the problem.
