No Confirmation Email

I have made a reservation and made changes to the reservation twice now. Everyone has said they have sent a confirmation email or updated confirmation email. I have not received one email. I get other Disney emails....is this something that I need to be concerned about like with special offers in the future, things like moonlight magic sign-ups, or whatever, and possibly not getting the emails?
 
Double check your set up to receive them.
I looked at where I thought this would all be, in the communications and verified that our email address was right under my profile and everything looked right, I didn’t change our email address since it was right and even when I hit save I got a confirmation that I updated my profile. So I really don’t know, unless it’s hidden somewhere.

It wouldnt happen to do with the fact that the room is a resort studio at VGF and those technically aren’t open yet would it?

Can you double check in your DVC account to ensure all is in order with any changes? When I do changes on the phone I always ensure I'm logged in to confirm that the changes appear in my account before I let the CM go (and take a screenshot, just to be safe).

Yeah all of the changes are good and have been made.

No. I got my emails for all those I have booked.

Can you tell me what the email address your confirmations come from and maybe I can get that added to a safe sender list to see if that helps?
 
Quick update, I just added another day on and asked them to send my confirmation to my gmail account and got the email right away. There must be something with my ameritech.net (Yahoo mail) account that is blocking it. And contacting them is impossible.
 
I have booked a few trip recently, and have yet to get a confirmation email. The weird thing is I got a confirmation snail mail for my October trip this year. DVC is consistently inconsistent.........

I think it’s specifically DVC cause I booked a cash trip and it came with no issue the same day I booked a points trip.
 
Yeah yeah me again…..sorry….We just got 2 reservation confirmations in the mail, like paper mail. One was the original and then the second one was one of the changes I made to it. Do we always get reservation confirmations in the mail?

No. They show up randomly and disappear just as fast.

OK I thought since Im not getting the emails maybe they were snail mailing mine for some reason, I didnt see a setting for that. Thanks so much Sandi for all of the help.
