No confirmation email?

I have paid off my WDW package!! :woohoo:

I am super excited but I have not received a confirmation email saying I have paid off my balance. I paid it off last week, I'm not sure if one is sent as this is the first time I have booked my holiday rather than use my parents DVC points. Is this normal? :confused3
 
Not used them since our August 2011 trip but don't remember any confirmation email for paying the balance.
 
Wow congratulations that's a big feat. I received a paper statement in the mail just about 10 days after every payment. So you should be receiving something very shortly

Ah! Thank you! I just assumed it would have been emailed, I was a little worried that maybe there was a problem with the payment, but if it's sent by snail mail then that's just fine! Thank you ever so much for the information! :goodvibes
 

We definitely didn't get a reciept thru the post.
First we heard was about 2-3 weeks before going we got our package thru the post with vouchers for hotel & tickets.

Oh! I guess I will have a while to wait then!! I am sure if there was any issue with payment they would let me know, I'm just relieved that it is normal for them not to send an email and I can relax about it now. Thanks again for the information!! :goodvibes
 
We didn't any email or postage either.
If you log into booking on wdw UK,hopefully you will see balance as nil.
That's what I did,and was happy with that.;)
 
Assuming you booked with the UK site.

You should receive a final invoice, through email, same as the first invoice you received.
The invoice will show a balance of £0

on the WDTC-UK website, under "manage my booking", you should also see "paid in full" at the bottom of the page where the line "balance due on ... " used to be

Thanks! I just did this and there it is in black and white, 'Paid in full'. I feel a bit silly not thinking of just checking this all along!! :rotfl:

I don't recall receiving confirmation when we paid our balance but there was a bit of a mix up because I paid by bank transfer. How did you pay? As long as your booking shows as paid in full on the website, everything should be fine!
 
We paid ours off last week and got an email with a final invoice a few days later.
 
The first year that I booked Flight Inclusive through WDTC I received a paper statement every time I made a payment. Subsequent years I did resort and ticket only through them and didn't receive any email or paper confirmation, but they were pretty swift at updating the info and balance on my account if I went into my reservation so you can check it on there :thumbsup2
