No confirmation email received yet???

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this issue. I had originally booked our rooms using a AAA discount but them I received the 20/30/40 pin (YAHHH!!) so I modified the reservation to apply the pin discount. I have not yet received the confimation email. It has been 3 days and I have already called Disney and have even asked them to send the confirmation to another email. Should I be worried???

Is the reservation now with Disney, or AAA? If it's now with Disney, you can just key in the reservation number on Disney's website and verify the information and balance (since you can make payments online). If it's with AAA, they will mail you the adjusted total. That process can take a while - up to two weeks.

I was originally booked with the 20/30/40 pin and changed yesterday to the monster savings pin. The CM said I'd get a new confirm in an hour or two. It's been 24 hours and it hasn't come but this morning I did get an invoice that shows the new pricing and the original deposit. I logged onto the WDW site yesterday and could see that the changes were made (we also changed our tix) so I think all is fine. So like the pp said, try logging on to your account and seeing if it's showing there. I do like to get that confirm though -- just because I'm a worry wart and like to have all the details in writing .

The reservations were both through Disney. I will check my account Thanks. I to am a worry wart and like to have the confirmation on paper to bring with me.

If you are able to view your reservation on the Walt Disney World website I would do that, however if you can not then I would register on there so you can print it out. I would also call the Disney Reservations Center and ask them to e-mail you another confirmation because that's what we did for our 40% Bounceback rate at the Contemporary, since they said it was e-mailed but we never got it after the reservation was made.
