I stayed at RPR last week and was very disappointed....with only one thing. Seeing that this is my only complaint; I think I did very good!!!!!!!
RPR advertised the fact that if you stayed Club Level you would have access to a computer. I thought this was WONDERFUL! My routine would be to get up early, go to the lounge, get a cup of coffee and read my emails. To me this is heaven! (I know, I'm weird!). Well, my plan only worked the first morning-Saturday 8/5; after that the computer had a note on it saying that the computer was down. I asked the people who work at the lounge when it would be fixed and they said a few days. Hmmm...I thought that was kind of a long time, but ok. Well, to sum it up, that sign stayed on the computer right through the day I left (Friday AM it was still there). So an entire week went by....what was that all about?????
I mean usually you get can get a computer fixed with one phone call or one visit and if not, why??? That kind of stunk cause when I got home I had a zillion emails that could have been dealt with enjoyably a little every day.
I know...your going to say you should get a lap top. Well, I don't have one and they did advertise that perk on club level.
Oh well, whaddya gonna do!????!
