No clue whats ahead

I have been annual pass holder for DL and WDW but did not renew WDW. I have a few paper tickets and plan on making a last minute trip for a long weekend next week. I have no clue about the magic bands or paperless FP. It will be like going the first time about what and where. I guess I'll call it a learning experience and if it's to difficult I'll stick with DL. I'm just old school about FP.

on or off site? If on site, then you can book your FP+ ressies before you arrive. There was an announcement for offsite guests making FP+ ressies ahead of time but I do not believe it will be available in time for your visit. Off site guests can use kiosks in the parks for FP+. Anna and Elsa seem to run out quickly but most other attractions are available.

next summer so no WDW trip this year. I'm monitoring the boards as the test continues. It will help me formulate our plan for next summer.

We have always had PHs. Right now I think the best strategy is to hit rope drop in one park - possibly the AM EMH park. Ride the rides for the few hours and take our break. We'll save the FP+ attractions for the evening park.

At least that is the current plan. There are a lot of rumors and speculation out there. I will adjust as things evolve.
