I have read a lot of posts about Disney concierge. I have never seem anyone list beer as a beverage selection. Do they only offer wine and cordials? I am specifically interested in WL concierge. Thanks!
In concierge...you can get beer...but you it is NOT part of the free fare. It is charged to your room! Believe me....we have been round and round concerning this. Cordials and wine only!

At Polynesian conc there is no charge for beer--Miller products and Heineken. The beer is available for the asking but is not placed out in the open as the wine/cordial service. This has not always been the case. The beer offering was reinstated at some point this year. As with all things, one never knows when it might be discontinued again. For now, beer is available.
Cordials are liqueurs (as opposed to your hard-liquers like vodka, rum, gin, etc.). Cordials can be served as an after dinner drink. Common ones are Bailey's Irish Cream, Amaretto, Kaluha, Frangelico.
You can drink these over ice, or make a mixed drink with them. Add any of those to coffee or hot chocolate. Mix Baileys, Kaluha, and cream and serve over ice. Mix Amaretto with lemonade or sour mix for an Amaretto Sour.

At AKL conceirge we were never charged for the beer or cordials. I frequently had Baileys in the evening....and there were many others I can't remember. They also offered some of the African Beers...my husband didn't care for them and they got him something else (I can't remember what) free of charge...and actually brough him at least 12 over the course of the week.
Well color me wrong and thanks for the info. We have stayed BC and Poly and both times beer was charged to our room when my husband asked for it. Hubby was one of the DIS Beers for the Ears, that fought so hard to get it in Conc. I didn't even bother asking for it when we went in June at the Poly...assumed the answer was no. Color me wrong...sorry I provided misinformation. I am glad that it was instated. CHEERS!

If you're concerned about having to pay for the beer, when you ask a CM for it, why don't you just say "Is there any complimentary beer available for concierge guests?" Then you'll know upfront if you're paying or not.
