Of course there isn't. It is one of the most popular weeks of the year for DVC. Those dates were reserved by members back in early January at the 11 month mark. No surprise at all.

Last year i think we booked in early aug for the first week of dec. and got our first choice a studio in OKW.So yes i was a little surprised by this .But we won't make the same mistake NEXT YEAR

I just wanted to add that on June 1st, I was able to get 3 nights in Jambo in a standard studio Dec. 14 to 17...value wasn't available. I decided at that "sort of last minute" to extend my stay as a solo. So, it's not as if everything was booked even at 7 months, but yes, try to book as early as possible.

Yeah Dec is extremely busy. I've been trying to change the first 3 nights of my trip since 7months at opening and have had no luck. We are going 18-26th we couldn't get anything in a 1 or 2bd anywhere other then where we are booked already. Funny thing is though I could get a 1bd BLT MK view for Christmas Eve and Christmas night but it was WAY too point heavy for me.

oh yws, i spoke to MS today, we could buy into a resort like Carribean Beach club for about 200 pts and 95.,, no thanx ,we waitlisted and will go in Jan for my birthday instead if nothing comes up
