No availability at resort hotels?

I was checking online for the availability at the three DL hotels the first week in Dec. 2007 and no rooms were available. What's the deal? If I went through a travel agent do you think I would have any luck?

Yes! AAA and Costco (and others) buy blocks of rooms and resell them even after Disney has sold out their stock.

Its also most likely the AP4 rate filled up the resort...

BUT, you do know Disneyland resort has a 95% occupied rate per night... which is really really high...
