No appetizers in 2008

I'm just beginning to plan our trip to WDW for June 2008 and have been away from the boards for a few years now (since our last trip in 2001). I'm trying to read up on all of the changes that have happened and have a few questions about the changes in the DDP that will happen in 2008. With the elimination of appetizers from the DDP, will restaurants like CRT lunch and Ohana's dinner that offer an appetizer as a part of the overall meal still be included? Would you still get the appetizer in those cases?

If it is a price fix like CRT I can't image that would change but I don't know that for a fact. As far as O'hana's I would thnk that would be considered a lot like the buffets since it is served in a similar fashion. This meal has changed so much aver the years already a new change is always possible.
