no ap rate availability for my dates

my dates are april 19th-27th spring break for northeasterners. i really should have called right away wed morning but of course i waited, and now not much is available. they do have the cabins but its just my son and i going. i dont think they had many discounted rooms-is anyone else having this problem?

Yep! My dates are 4/24-4/29. I was calling at 7am & CR & YC were available but too high. I should have put a hold on the CR because now I am kicking myself.

Only cabins & SSR (over $500 a night!) are available.

I plan on checking every few days in case something opens up. Good luck!

Port Orleans Riverside and Pop Century were available (AP Rates) as of this morning (2/23 @ 11:20am) Good luck and enjoy your vacation.

The YC had water view AP rates available for your dates this morning and they also had CR for 4 nights of your stay in a garden wing room. Good luck and enjoy your trip.

I'm having the same trouble...and I also work nights! And I have a TA who works M-F, 10-6!

I'm hoping that as we get closer and the fuss dies down, people will cancel or switch and things will open up. I still have hope, for all of us!

Hey DizznyChick...this may be an option. They have AP rates available at Sports, Music and Caribbean Beach for 4/19-25 as of 12:15pm today.

Book 1 res with an AP discount for 4/19-25 and a 2nd res at rack rate for your last 2 nights and have them linked.

There may be other resort options but those are the 3 that popped up 1st.

thanks for looking out! right now i was able to get pop for 4/19-4/25 they had cbr available too. also, which ive never seen before, 1 of the nights for pop was available at 2 different ap rates both standard rooms-it was a $10 difference so of course i picked the cheaper rate.

I forgot about the rehab. I would want to stay a different hotel also. I am heading out the door to pick up my nephew from school but when I get back I will play on the TA site to see what I can find. Is a deluxe an option?

Of course, I really am looking for an excuse to buy the AP so we can come back at christmas. If we don't get the AP I'm not sure when I'll be able to convince Dh to go back...he's such a party pooper

Okay, I know SSR was not one of your choices but a studio for $204 night is available from April 12-18. The 19th was not availabe with an AP discount

POR is available with an AP rate for April 12-16 only. I did not have much luck with your dates but I would not give up hope. Keep checking.

The AP discounts for Apr. and May this year are nothing to cheer about this year unless you got REAL lucky. We're looking for the first week/weekend of May and it's just as tough for then as all you folks trying to book in April.

All of the deluxes' AP and FL resident rates are well over $200 a night which is too much for us. (more principal than anything) I wanted to do the Minnie Marathon which I know is what is booking up AKL the first weekend in May.

We love SSR but it's real tough to pay $100 more a night than we did 2 months ago. .. so that's not an option. (we were quoted $219 plus tax which brings it to $245 a night).

Even off-property resorts are high for that time of the year. Looks like we'll be skipping it this year.

AKL standard view is available from May 1-6. AP rate is $164 wk day and $214 wk end (total $1036. with tax) WL only has courtyard view which is why the rate is over $200 plus

AP rates are available for the same dates at POR, POFQ and CB
