No answer at Dining all day

I've call dining several times today and after entering all my info and getting through all of the waiting it tells me they are unable to answer at this time. Anyone know what is going on?
 
Someone else mentioned this in another thread as well. I have been calling the past 3 mornings (right when they open) and have had no problems at all. I also called later this morning (around 10-10:30 am CST) and only waited 3 minutes.

Are you using the toll free numbers that DIS suggests? 800-828-0228 or 877-939-3732. Try using those or calling first thing in the morning. They open the lines at 6am CST.

I posted this on another thread as well.
I had problems all last week and got through today 1st try, actually even 2 different times.
I guess they are really having problems. I can't believe all of this is from call volume. If it is I am crazy to go during the "down" time in late Nov.
