No Akershus after Jan 1 ?!?

I'm trying to book dinner at Akershus (Princess dinner in Norway) for Jan. 4. There are no reservations available after Dec. 31 (breakfast, lunch, or dinner Jan 1-9). WDW-DINE told me that it probably just hasn't "loaded" yet. All the other Epcot restaurants are available for booking now.

Has anyone else experienced this before? Any suggestions for how long it might take for them to open up the restaurant for ADRs? Should I be worried that this might be due to a planned refurbishment?
