No AAA at Poly?

I called to see if I get get a AAA discount for August 2008, but they said there were no AAA rooms available. Could they be all gone already?

They told me nothing at the Poly. Yacht and Beach club still had aaa rooms, but the kids (and the big kids ) want to go back to the Poly. It's too early for AP, but I wanted to at least secure a room with a discount.

We were at the POLY this past August. We already booked AAA Rate for next August 08. Our trip is set for August 20-31, 2008. We too wanted to make sure we at least secured the resort we wanted with a discount.

However, at the time of our 1st phone call we were told there was no AAA rate available for all 11 nights.

Then, on Sunday August 12th, 2007, while we were sitting at the Poly pool, i called CRO again. And BINGO, all of a sudden, no more than 18 hours later, a AAA Rate was available.

For 2008, the AAA rate for the POLY in August is $289.00 and after taxes, comes out to $314.00 per night.

This past year, the AAA Rate was 279.00 per night and the AP Rate was $249.00. For August 2007, we got the AP Rate applied and we paid $3,081.00 for 11 nights. (August 8 - 19th)

I would keep trying. But I agree with Monorailsilver, get the room now if you can. At least you have your discount.

We weren't able to get a AAA rate for Dec 2008 either, they were all booked.
Very frustrating.

Actually the AAA rate we got after taxes for August 2008 is $325.13.
