no 24 hour room service at Boardwalk?

I just remembered that Boardwalk doesn't offer 24 hour room service (I stayed there last October and was rather surprised about this, as they offered it at Beach Club when we stayed there in June.) So here's my dilemma. We will be arriving at BWV very late our first night this coming March. Out flight doesn't even get in until after midnight. In order to find affordable airfare, I had to book a connecting flight, but I know we won't have enough time in Atlanta to grab anything between flights. I'm betting we'll be starving when we arrive, even if it is late. Do we have any options?

1) Not many.
2) The airport eateries will be closed.
3) For Disney, not much open.
4) However, you can get delivery food until about 3:00am.

How much time do you have between flights in Atlanta? Might be able to grab some quick fast food at least.

Other than the aforementioned pizza/chinese, just whatever snacks/drinks you pack into your luggage.

I did a backsearch on Orbitz and it looks as if your flight leaves ORD at almost 7:00. How about eating at ORD after you go through Security? And maybe grab something at ATL to bring on the plane with you.

The Dolphin has 24 hour counter service at Picabu. It's not bad food, lots of choices, and it's an easy walk over from Boardwalk. I confess to having eaten there in the 3am range on several occasions. We've also had a good time grabbing some burgers or sandwiches there and eating outside on the benches at Boardwalk or YC/BC. You feel like you have Disney World all to yourself.

I had the misfortune of ordering from Domino's my last visit to BWV and I was so hoping that I wouldn't have to resort to it again. It's the only option the front desk gave me for late night food. Rusty Scupper, if you know of other pizza options, I'd love to hear them. Dare I say that Domino's Pizza is almost as bad as Disney Room Service pizza? Chesire Figment - you must have a crystal ball....we leave O'Hare at 6:55PM. I am afraid the whole evening will be a whirlwind. I'm hoping we make it with enough time to get thru security - not sure if we will find time to grab food. Jducky, our connection in ATL is only 39 minutes. I'm keeping my fingers crossed we don't encounter any delays. HelenParr, I am so pleased to hear that Picabu is open 24 hours. This is perfect. My kids will probably sleep on the planes and I bet they would love an adventurous stroll over to the Dolphin and it will be good to stretch our legs after the flights. I'm not sure I remember correctly - but isn't the cafe type restaurant at the Swan or the Dolphin 24 hrs? If so that is pretty close and you could walk over

i would pack something in the luggage that can be microwaved when you get there. There are so many different just add water and cook now options.

Then if you atre hungry, easy to throw in the microwave and if by chance your run through Atlanta allows for a little grazing hten no big loss
