Today my wife and I will accomplish IOA. We got off to a slightly earlier start than previous days. I grab us breakfast from Tubbi's while she is still getting ready. I was really excited about this park. I had heard so many things about it. We arrive at 10:30 and begin our journey to the many islands.
Our first ride of the day is The Hulk. What a rollercoaster. I've have never felt that much of a rush. This must be how getting shot out of a cannon feels. We find that even at IOA our waits will be 20 minutes or less. I like Universal's idea with the free lockers for a limited period while you ride certain attractions. You don't have to do the juggling act while in line.
I proceed to Dr Doom's Fearfall. My wife bows out. She has never been a big fan of being shot up or dropped down. Dr. Doom wasn't that exciting to me. I think it's been done better at Cedar Point on the Tower of Power.
Now we had heard about the hype of Spiderman. We now were going to experience it. 4 thumbs up from us. If you haven't done this attraction yet, make sure you do. The price of admission is worth it just for this 3D ride. It is the most realistic 3D that I have ever experienced. We liked it so much we did it 3 times.
We pass up the water rides and proceed to Jurassic Park. It too is a water adventure that my wife is not so sure about. I assure her you won't get wet!
The joke was on me. We really didn't get that wet on the big drop, but I was spit at directly in the face by the dinosaur. I won't give it away as to where. I enjoyed this ride except I thought it could have been a little longer.
We're developing an appetite again so we stop for burgers and fries in Jurassic Park. I do highly recommend the burgers. If you go out back at the burger joint, there is a terrific photo opportunity of The Hulk across the lake.
We come across Dueling Dragons and do the Fire side first. Another great coaster ride. After riding we notice that we'll be just in time for the Sinbad show. We find it highly entertaining. We then do Poseidon's Fury. It's a very different kind of attraction. The vortex of water is fantastic!
After Poseidon's Fury we proceed on to Seuss Island. No attractions here that we would want to ride, but you do have to stop and have the Frozen Moose Juice. We have completed our circle of the park, and do favorite attractions again. Hulk, Spiderman, & then the Ice side of Dueling Dragons. It's around 6:00, I think, so we go back to the Dolphin to rest before dinner. We decide to drive to Downtown Disney to shop. It's November 6 and I definitely need to stop at the Virgin Megastore for the new Britney CD.

I wanted to try Bongo's but my wife looked at the menu and knew she wouldn't like it. So we walk from the Westside to the Marketplace and have Rainforest Cafe. It's an old standby while at Disney.
We're not tired yet so we go to Pleasure Island for some fun. We stop in at the BET club. The music is not as good as on Friday night. We move on to 8 traxx. We dance to the disco music for a bit and then go over to Motion. We stay at Motion til 1:00 dancing the night away to the TOP 40 grooves. Glad we had the car this time. Tomorrow it's back to Disney for AK.
