NIP/TUCK Help me!

Missed a lot of the beggining last night...I came in with Ava on the table for surgery...what was she having done? I was able to catch up with everything else but never found out what she was doing. Also did she leave Matt on her own accord or was it some sort of a bargain?

Ava is a man! Or was a man. Surgery was to make her girly parts longer or something like that. Adrian killed himself. Carver is going after Christian. Ava left Matt because Julia threaten to tell him and everyone else she is a man. There is another thread discussing this episode!
