Nintendo Gamecube multi-player games??

I would appreciate suggestions for multi-player games for this system as my parents (58yo) are getting one for Christmas and, the 'players' ages range from 5yo - 58yo. (Tetris & Mario Sunshine are included, I'm told)

So far, all I found was some Mario Melee game. Not even sure the right name for it.

I also bought them a wireless controller. Anyone have experience with those?

Super Smash Brothers Melee is a lot of fun....
Mariokart is a MUST when it comes out...played it out Nintendo 64..lots of fun..

My daughter loves Mario Party 4 and is getting it for Christmas. It's a lot of fun, and with the new one you can set a handicap for players if you choose, giving them extra stars before you start, good for the little ones.

SuperMonkeyBall
SuperMonkey Ball 2 (both are very addictive)
The racing games seem pretty fun.
