They did "price adjust" mine. I had bought them within 30 days. They were still new in sealed packages. The girl said the manager didn't think they could do it, but I said I would just return them and re-buy them if needed, so she did it. She was a little nervous she was going to get in trouble, but for $40, I was willing to risk it
