Initially, we were told that Nine Dragons (our favorite sit down restaurant in Epcot) was going to be closed for refurbishments from February until November 2008. They are putting in an open kitchen area. We just found out they WILL be open during our April/May trip. Yea! 
We can't get enough of the honey chicken and potstickers. Yum! Yum!
Their new closed dates are . . .
