Wondering about Nine Dragons in Epcot. Do they have chicken & brocolli or chicken fried rice? I was looking at their menu and didn't notice if they had or could make these things. DS will only eat either chicken with brocolli or chicken fried rice.

Anyone know?

I have been there and I believe that they have pork fried rice and white rice. We had a great time there. What we did is the 3 adults bought main dishes and ordered 2 appetizers, and my dd6 ate from all of us. Mainly me because I have the sweet and sour pork.YUMMY. I believe that they had the chicken too. Was a great dining experience, and I know that the luch and dinner menus differ.

I ate there last year. I believe they have all the typical Chinese food options that you would normally get at a Chinese restaurant. I remember eating sweet and sour chicken, fried rice, general gao's chicken, etc.

It's very good! Mmm getting hungry.

Well, I was the biggest sceptic! I live in a city with an authentic Chinese restaurant on every street (and many signs in Chinese characters only). Having said that, I don't particularly like Chinese food, Americanized style OR authentic.

TLinden16 told me about Nine Dragons on some of our previous meetings, but I never went.

Went finally in December for dinner and had a great veggie meal - it was egglant in garlic if I remember correctly. HUGE and I couldn't finish it. Service was excellent too.

So I may actually try it on my next trip! I did notice that the menu was leaning towards American-style Chinese food.

On another note, I went to get tea at the quick service location, and was really impressed with the cashier - he pulled out a menu with photos for each person, and tried to upsell them to fruit and/or dessert. Not what I have seen from cashiers - really impressive service like one would expect in a full service restaurant!

We've eaten there a couple times and will go again eventually, but the place just doesn't WOW us. The menu isn't that adventurous, the hot, spicy dishes aren't very hot or spicey. The menu is a little on the pricey side.

The food is good, the atmospere enjoyable, not really much bad to say about the place but for what ever reason it's not a place we ever make plans to eat at. If we happen to be near China and our belly's are a rumblin' we'll stop in for a bite. If not, we don't miss not eating there.

We've eaten there a number of times and loved it. For some reason it gets poor reviews but we've always enjoyed it and have never need ps or had to wait to be seated. The honey sesame chicken is wonderful. princess: :wizard: pirate:

We ate there for lunch and loved it! My mom and I fought over the honey sesame chicken. Will go back again in a heartbeat!

I knew a woman who worked there once as a Chef and she warned me that they use a lot of MSG in everything...i do love the China quick service spot though, the bubbletea is amazing! Personally, I would recommend the restraunt in Japan, Mitsukoshi, over 9 Dragons...the food there is amazing and they cook it right in front of you hibatchi-style

I will have to agree with everyone, the honey seasme chicken is great! I will return on our next trip just for it. Someone in our group ordered fried rice of some sorts, and I tried it and it was nice too. The atmosphere is just a normal restaraunt feeling, nothing too special. They also have cool little souviner cups to keep from your mixed drinks! We are returning to get more of those too. I will give Nine Dragons 2 thumbs up.

I ate there once and though the restaurant was beautiful but food mediocre. I agree that there is A LOT of MSG in the food. I have had much better chinese outside WDW. The best chinese I have had is in the Ming Court. Wonderful restaurant and food. And if you dont finish everything(which you wont) they put it in a doggy bag for you !!!

Shame they cant swap the Ming Court for the Nine Dragons
