Nighttime Entertainment on 3-Day Weekends?

I see that F! and fireworks are relegated to weekends-only at non-peak times, but do they generally do them on the Monday of a 3-day weekend? Columbus Day, MLK Day, etc. I tried checking the historical data, but F!’s been down so much over the past two years that it’s difficult to gauge.

I don't know for sure, but I know holiday weekends are typically busier. I would assume that they would adjust the schedules to accommodate for bigger crowds and have shows all three days.

Yes. They usually have shows on all days of major holiday weekends.
