Nightlife for 9 year old

Hi everyone. We've done the Disney thing quite a few times. This time is for Universal, IOA and Sea World. My question is about the night time events. Is there a Disney Quest type place or any nightly firework shows or is it over after the parks close at 7:00 PM?

City Walk has places to eat, shops to look at , things to do on the "street" (no cars,,just pavement) - things like hair wraps, character drawings, getting your photo done in a photo booth, taking your picture on the "surf board" and waves or in the margaritaville "boat" (? was that a boat?). there is a movie theater. At Hard Rock Cafe you can make a CD of yourself singing (doesn't cost too much).
