Morning folks! Our trip is right around 11 days away and i actually haven't found a good answer for this next question and I'm hoping you guys can help. I would like to take my wife dancing while we are on vacation, hopefully within the Disney property. I understand they use to have a place called Pleasure Island but that its been removed and re-branded? Any good nightlife, place where we can have some drinks, dance a little?

The Boardwalk has a few places, but not great nightlife. Pleasure Island has been closed for a few years and a few concepts have been announced, but nothing like it was in the past.

Lots of people love Jelly Rolls (dueling pianos bar) and Atlantic Dance Hall right next to it on the Boardwalk. Not sure if Atlantic is open every night but Jelly Rolls is. Nice that you are taking your wife dancing :goodvibes!

You can always go over to US/Citywalk, there are several dancing locations there. Also, in downtown Orlando there are many locations.
If you just want to listen to music over at DTD Raglan Road, POR/RS the bar has Hee Haw Bob most nights, and at CSR the lounge there is suppost to be pretty good I have not been to this one.

Plus one for city walk its are really great time lots of bars and clubs all in a row .

I always sort of thought that night life was in short supply at WDW because after walking 10 miles in the hot sun all day people were too exhausted for it. Lots of folks with children too which can inhibit the ability to party. Hope you have a good trip Bugzy. :earsboy:

Atlantic Dance is a great dance club anytime, as is the House of Blues on Sunday night (when they have service industry night--the best party in town).

I keep hoping they bring back something like Pleasure Island one day. I never got to go to the Adventurer's Club.

I always intended to go to the AC, but never made it. Sadly, I remember being right by the club fairly late one night and DW asking "Do you want to go in?" I was just too tired after a day of touring the parks. It closed just a short time after that.:sad1: I know I would have loved it.
