Night vision goggles

Is this activity available at both Kidani and Jambo? If so, what time does this take place? We were only able to reserve a standard view room, so we want to take advantage of the different animal viewing options. Thanks!

We just returned from a trip and it was available at both locations each night. I forget the exact times though...sorry!

Definately available at both locations but the viewing is much better in Jambo IMHO. The main reason is the savanaa is darker there so the goggles work better.
The animal viewing in general I think is better at Kidani but for night vision, I think it's worth the 10 minute walk to Jambo.

It starts just after dark and there is usually a line at both places, how be it small but sometimes there is a short wait to use the goggles.

it goes for over an hour..once its dark...we waited till it was pitch dark and no line at all..at the beginning there is we just came back in 30 minutes no one there..just a CM who was so helpful. Alot of fun things to do at AKL.

Check with a CM regarding times, they usually can pin it down. We have never tried at Jambo but have tried numerous times at kidani, and it has never been worth the wait time - maybe as one poster said - too much light at Kidani?

They do have the night vision goggles at Kidani? I thought I read somewhere that it was only at Jambo!!! This is great news as we are staying at Kidani. We have done the night vision goggles in the past at Jambo, so looking forward to try Kidani now!!! So glad I came across this thread!
