Night show "Mistify"

On Seaworld's web site, one of the dining options is "new" Spice Mill, on the waterfront from which you can watch the new nightly show "Mistify." Has anyone had this esperience?

We're going in February, and SW closes at 7, and we were wondering if it's worth eating in SW and watching this show.

It's definitely worth staying to catch Mistify, but I doubt if it will be running in February, to be honest. Last year it ran purely in high season and holidays. If it IS on, you don't really need to book a meal or anything. The Spice Mill is counter-service anyway, and the windows don't afford a particularly great view of all the special effects and fireworks. Far better to be outside, either on the Waterfront harbor-side or on the bridge across the lagoon.

It isn't running right now, but as you walk over the bridge after Shamu Rocks America show they do have the "dancing waters" going to the right of the bridge. I can't remember if there were colored lights on the water or not.

Can anybody tell me if Mistify might be running between 21st August and early September? Park closes at 8:30PM as of the 21st so I guess I may be out of luck

Do you think they will run this show in Feb. when they close at 8pm, President's week?

You can't stand on the bridge to watch Mystify. You have to be either inn the waterfront area or over by the spice mill because they close the bridge about an hour before they do the show. They sort of make 2 screens of water to show the lazer show on in those 2 areas. We watched from the patio area behind the restaurtant and it was a great spot. We had to walk from Shamu Rocks to there sort of quickly to get good spot, but it is definitely worth watching.

Well just found out I could check last years show schedule on the SeaWorld site Mistify played last year at 8:30, so fingers crossed it will be the same this year.

@Poohbeck: Not being from the USA and therefore not knowing when President's Week is but as of 3rd Feb no Mistify, so it doesn't bode well

How do you check last years schedule on the site? I am planning an October trip, and would like to go on a Spooktacular day! Thanks!

Go to Park Information and click on Show Schedule... From tere you can enter any date you want, though I've found Aug 5th 2005 is the oldest schedule available... I checked a few random dates in October and could find no reference to Spooktacular though
