Night out for mom and sis?

Our December trip will be me, my mom, my sis and my DD who will be 19 months at the time. My mom and sis are both really excited about taking my DD to DW but they are not around her 24/7. She is a really good toddler but she is a toddler. I am thinking by day 4 of our vacation (probably our AK day since they close the earliest) my mom and sister will be ready for a little break from DD. I am thinking about making them some ADRs at Raglan Road and then letting them head over to the boardwalk to check out Jellyrolls (or do whatever they want). We then leave the next day (plane leaves late evening and we have no plans for that day yet). Does this sound like a good idea or should we all just stick together?
