Night of Joy

I wondered if I could get more info about Night of Joy. The special events page says this:

Live concert performances on stages throughout the Magic Kingdom® Park showcase the best of Christian Pop, Rock, Urban and Gospel music. It's a magical, musical celebration of inspiration and joy!

It doesn't say when, though. Has anyone seen it, and did you like it? It sounds like a wonderful concert to attend. Gotta represent Jesus during Christmas!

Sorry...you missed it this year...I think it's always the first week of September. It sold out both nights this year!!! I've never been there, but seems like a real "joyous" event!! We always go to the Candlelight Procession in December!

The 2006 Night of Joy Contemporary Christian music concerts will take place September 8 and 9, from 7:30 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. in the Magic Kingdom. Tickets are now on sale for $42.55 including tax for one night, $72.37 including tax for both nights. Annual or Seasonal Passholders can purchase one-night tickets in advance for $37.23 for the passholder and up to three guests. Tickets must be picked up at "Will Call." A valid Annual Pass, Premium Annual Pass or Seasonal Pass must be presented at the time of pick-up. Same-day tickets (if available) will cost $44.95. Purchase tickets by calling 1-407-WDISNEY. Purchase tickets for groups of 10 or more by calling 1-877-NITE-JOY. Groups receive one free ticket for every 10 tickets purchased.

You just missed it! It was in early September. We attended and it was fun!! Although the concerts were a bit crowded though....it was hard to see the performers.
