Nick Jr. Characters Anywhere at Universal?

While we went to CityWalk last time we were in Orlando, we've never been to Universal or IOA. I noticed there is a Nickelodeon part, and since we have a two year old who adores Nick Jr. I was wondering if there is anywhere we can find Blue, Oswald, Little Bill, or Dora? We will probably only spend one day there, but we will be staying at HRH, so we'll have front of line access. We were thinking IOA would be too many coasters and such that we don't do with the little one. Any tips?

I've seen some characters over by Day in The Park with Barney that I didn't recognize, and my too cool 10 yr old DD wouldn't admit to knowing them!
The whole Curious George area might keep your 2 yr old busy for a few hours!

The NICK characters are usually around the main store at the entrance to USF and of course in the NICK area which is down the street between the store and the Hana-Barbera ride

I've never seen Nick Jr. characters out with the "usual" Nick characters...but like Jag said...perhaps in the area of the Barney show they might have the pre-school sets' characters...

We didn't see any of the ones you named, but we saw Eliza and Donnie (Wild Thornberry's), Spongebob, Tommy and Angelica (Rugrats) at USF.
