Nick Hotel - Spring Break crowds?

I'm thinking of spending a night at the Nick Hotel (for dd's 8th bday) on our way to Clearwater for Spring Break. We'd be staying the Monday night after Easter. Does anyone have any experience with how bad the crowds would be? I understand it will be pricey.
